Season 1 of Winfield Training is in the books!

I want to thank everyone for their love and support on my first year of training it means more than y’all will ever know.

Thank you to all of the parents and athletes who believed in my ability to make them the best version of themselves. Hope you learned something and looking forward to continuing the development!

At this time I will be taking a break from training during the season. I will still be posting past sessions, player spotlights and in game film. Be on the lookout for that! I will be focusing on some personal goals of mine and will be back for season 2!
