Thank you for joining us at our queer whimsy screening! We enjoyed being in loving community with you, amidst the cozy vibes 🩵☁️✨

It was so joyous hearing you celebrate the soothing food cinematography in Lucky Fish and Happy Birthday You Made It, and the vibrant fun of Hex the Patriarchy 🐠🧄🧁

Our queer fantasy coming-of-age comedy has traveled the world, from Sydney, Australia to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil!

We premiered to a 300-person audience at Outfest Fusion’s Opening Night Gala, which celebrated our characters’ witchy antics with thunderous and joyous laughter. We’re grateful for our loving community.

Heather’s fave moments from our festival circuit:

✨Receiving gems of advice from @nfmla panelists, including @hernameiscyn, who encouraged us to “work with alignment not force” and “learn the places you want to be part of, then refine who you are to enter them”

💖 Celebrating the phenomenal, life-giving work of @funky.nurd @tishyp_ @ricojs_ theirenesoriano @maratatevos @dalilaalirajah @gabisgrossman @atenderboy @danielcroooke

🩵 Meeting @emilymayjampel and watching her incredible heartfelt storytelling, through @pridefullfilm’s phenomenal curation of queer and trans films of Color

🌟 Screening twice for wonderful teen audiences at @newfest and their GSA Summit, co-hosted with the NYC Dept of Education, and beautifully facilitated by @pcarnes4 @nickmccarthys @kimmoooothhhyyyyy

♥️ Reveling in Vietnamese queerness with @alena_nguyen__ and @maylynn.l at @vaalacommunity’s Viet Film Fest Opening Ceremony

☁️ Screening in the lovely @athenafilmfest at @barnardcollege

Thank you so much for all of your support. We can’t wait for our future adventures and screenings together!
