@winnie_ifbbpro walked away as a Masters IFBB Bikini Pro Champion, at the @ifbbpro_npc_oklahoma 2026 Showdown of Champions Pro earning her qualification for the 2027 Masters Olympia.
We have been fine-tuning all season, and this was the milestone we were chasing from day one. It feels so damn good to see her achieve it.
Winnie signed up for my VIP program, which includes a weekly one-on-one call. She is always straight to business. We discuss the plan, lock in the strategy, and she is off the phone before our time is even up. I choose to believe that is efficiency and not her trying to escape me. Smart strategy either way haha 😂.
What has impressed me most this season is how she has handled hard feedback. She listens, implements, and comes back better every single show. We have taken the feedback from each competition, made the necessary adjustments, and watched her continue to improve. We really work as a team well.
As always, I cannot talk about one of my athletes without recognizing who they are beyond the stage. I watched Winnie workout at @strengthculture_gym long before she became my client, and she has always carried herself the same way. She keeps her head down, gets to work, and handles her business. No wasted time. All killer no filler energy. No need for attention. Just consistent effort.
That same focus carries into every part of her life. Winnie is an incredibly talented fashion designer, a true creative, and an even better person. She brings intention to everything she does, whether she is designing, training, or stepping on stage. Coaching her has only confirmed what I already knew: when Winnie commits to something, she gets it done.
Winnie, I am incredibly proud of you. You took the feedback, trusted the strategy, and earned this. So amped to go to the Masters O with you!!!

@winnie_ifbbpro is now a 2x Masters Olympia qualified IFBB Bikini Pro, including a win at the @musclecontestph musclecontestph followed by a 4th-place Open finish against some of the best Bikini athletes in the world.

The placings matter, but the bigger win is how she showed up all season. Consistent, coachable, patient, and willing to do the work at @strengthculture_gym when nobody is watching.

Now it’s time for an offseason so we recover, and grow with intention. Just a smart health focused offseason and a better version of Winnie the next time she steps onstage.

Proud of you, Winnie.
Ready, Set, GROW!!!

Things are looking good for @winnie_ifbbpro tonight at the @musclecontest Philippines Pro!

This is her final move in the Masters 40 class, and once again she’s in the top callout in Open.

It’s going to be a late night, but I’m so amped for her. Adrenaline is doing the job tonight. No caffeine needed🤓

Good luck to @winnie_ifbbpro as we send her to the 2026 @musclecontest Philippines Pro!

I always tell my pro athletes, travel and make the best of it. Everyone deserves the opportunity to do a show overseas.

I made the mistake of waiting too long to travel internationally. Japan ended up being a completely life-changing experience for me, and I want my clients to have opportunities like that. It is more than just the show. You get to represent, compete, represent yourself as an IFBB Professional Athlete in a new country for a few days.

Best of luck to Winnie. Go enjoy the experience!!!

My client won Masters 40+ and then placed 3rd in Open Bikini at the same IFBB Pro show.

Now, this does not mean every Masters athlete is automatically ready to place in an Open lineup. That is not the lesson.

The lesson is that being a Masters athlete does not automatically put a ceiling on how judges can evaluate you.

The Open standard still matters:

Shape.
Balance.
Conditioning.
Presentation.

If your physique meets that standard, your age does not erase the package standing in front of the judges.

One result cannot prove that every Masters athlete will place in Open.

But it can disprove the word “always.”

So if you are a Masters athlete with Open goals, do not spend your energy worrying about the category people associate with you. Build the physique, enter the lineup, and give the judges something undeniable to evaluate.

Masters is an age category. It is not a talent ceiling.

There is this false idea that once judges see you compete in Masters, they will always see you as only a Masters athlete.

Well, my client @winnie_ifbbpro just won Masters 40+ and placed third in Open Bikini at the same IFBB Pro show.

Does that mean every Masters athlete will place in Open? Of course not.

It means the word “always” is wrong.

She did not receive an age adjustment in the Open lineup. She stood beside the Open athletes, and earned third place.

If the shape, balance, conditioning, and presentation meet the standard, the physique deserves to be compared.

So maybe we should stop telling Masters athletes to stay in their lane.

Send this to a Masters athlete who has been told that she cannot compete with the Open women.
