💔
I’ve been feeling so much grief and tenderness since I heard that my friend Bree left earth. This song from Rosalia’s new album has been carrying me.

In October, I had the opportunity to see this set of images on fabric & video installation titled Incarnation during daylight hours just before it was taken down after its one night show. Curator @siuding_ii spoke with me about how the images were created as part of @hklifemodelclub - a group in Hong Kong who collaborated with photographer @simon_c to make this artwork. “The group advocates for body autonomy, acknowledging diverse body types, letting go of society standards, and truly liberating oneself to allow the body to be free.”

like versions of myself I was on the verge
of becoming; and ten years on

whether this dispersal resembles

a fist unclenching or waving goodbye.
