Somewhere along the way, @winter.grit stopped making clothes and accidentally opened a hotel with @mvde._

The first residents arrived with goods and wares.

Workshops commenced shortly after check-in.

Some guests took making things rather seriously.

Others preferred feats of strength, balance and unnecessary athleticism

Provisions were prepared for the residents.

Additional provisions were supplied for those intending to stay up past bedtime.

Eventually, someone remembered this was a climbing gym.

Meetings were held throughout the premises.
No minutes were taken.

As the day wore on, the hotel acquired a soundtrack.

Shortly afterwards, everybody else decided to contribute.

Refreshments were served.
Conversation became increasingly ambitious.

By this point, the climbing mats had become a ballroom.

Eventually, the residents retired to their rooms.
There were no rooms.

Thank you for staying at The Grand Rise Hotel.
To everyone who helped us make something a little unusual... thank you. ❤️

The hotel is now closed.

Back to the day job. We have clothes to make. taken in Rise Climbing by @winter.grit

Spotted! 👀

We’ve been spending more time at Social.

So we thought we’d leave some stuff behind.

Winter Grit is now stocked at Social Climbing Coventry.

Off the hanger, straight onto the wall.

Try it on... then try hard.

No postage. No guessing your size.

In Coventry? Come find us. 📌 by @winter.grit
