Making this Burberry spec ad proved that spec work isn’t just practice—it is your portfolio’s secret weapon. Putting your vision out there catches the right eyes and turns concepts into real client contracts #fyp #explore #burberry #viral #explorepage @burberry by @winterlightstudios

Feature: 𝗥𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸 | Another Room

There is a quiet power in what is left out.

Turbo Labs is incredibly proud to feature our very own Rakesh Malik (@winterlightstudios) as part of the Salon des Refusés: Another Room exhibition at Gallery 881.

Malik’s work is a masterclass in the philosophy of negative space. By isolating the vast, ethereal landscapes of British Columbia, he invites the viewer to breathe within the frame. His lens transforms the rugged PNW wilderness into minimalist, captivating scenes that challenge us to find beauty in the stillness and depth in the void.

Through his unique perspective, the "empty" space becomes a character itself—one that speaks of scale, solitude, and the raw texture of the West Coast.

The exhibition runs through April 30, 2026.
@gallery881_ Don’t miss the opportunity to see these magnificent works in person and experience a different way of seeing our home.

Motivation Monday: Cinematic Vision. 📽️
We’re starting the week by highlighting our very own D.O.P. Rakesh Malik (@winterlightstudios) for his stunning cover feature in Bold & Beyond Magazine!
FEBRUARY 2026 issue: # 759

His series, "A Day Without Rain," features the incredible Viktoriia Masiuk ( @sherlok4875 ) at one of Vancouver’s most iconic beachfronts. By blending high-fashion sensibilities with the raw beauty of the West Vancouver horizon in a warm wash of natural light, Malik has created a series that is as bold as it is timeless.

Let this be your reminder to find the light in every scenario this week. 🥂🌅🌞

VANCOUVER! This is it—the final star-burst before the dawn of a new era. We are making one last stand at the legendary Astro Club. 🚀

TUNEZ is back this Friday, March 27th, for a special edition. This isn't just a monthly party! It's an exclusive Supernova—the spectacular, chaotic fusion of a star's birth and death! You are invited to witness this cosmic shift with us.

This is a COOLER PARTY, Vancouver style. A cooler party means exactly what it sounds like: Bring your own drinks, friends, and vibes. We supply the space and the sounds; you supply the chill. It's time to cool off after a heavy week and finally say goodbye to the chaos of March Madness (and the worst Mercury retrograde ever).

🎧 The sounds are fueled by an eclectic double-bill: @crock30 (Dj Stoopz) x @amorle_designs (NYAZANDA). Expect sets of pure pressure and passion: Funk | Jazz | House | Dance | Reggae | Dub | Soca.
Everything is powered by the Mighty Turbo Labs Sound System, putting the pressure where it's needed most.

It is with heavy but excited hearts that we announce this will be our very last event at 165 W 4th Ave. Turbo Labs is expanding and moving operations to an environment more applicable to our business functions. But first, we give the Astro Club community the farewell it deserves.
Don’t miss the supernova! Bring your own bottle and join the final frontier.

🗓 Friday, March 27th

This Motivation Monday we would like to honour Monarc Boxing. (@monarcboxing)

Greatness is built on habits practiced a thousand times. Turbo Labs is proud to highlight the team over at Monarc Boxing, a Mount Pleasant gym led by a team that prioritizes discipline and community over ego. From their youth programs to their focus on female leadership, they’re carving out a unique space in Vancouver’s boxing scene.

Stop by their gym at 79 W 3rd Ave and get to work. Take a look at their great competitive, drop in prices and inquire about their unique schedules for all skill levels.

MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.

The Atmosphere
That winter sun hits differently in the PNW. ☀️ Rakesh captured this vastness where the water mimics a sheet of ice. This is the level of "Cinematic Strategy" we bring to every @turbolabs_media project.
