Coaching in the UFL is an incredible experience. Big thanks to Coach Shannon Harris and staff. Thank you for allowing me to learn, coach, and contribute. Grateful to have a year remaining! DC is a special culture and it's an honor to be able to coach and give back to my home UFL team. It's not just a life-changing experience for me, but our entire family! Thankful to Jave and NCMFC for the opportunity. As Coach Harris said, we have unfinished business in 2027 and I'm already locked in. #ShieldsUp #ComeGetSome #MustBeMaintained by @winthenow

You want to win for your children so badly. For the first time, after a loss, I had to turn around after waving so they didn't see me cry, because they wouldn't understand. I didn't cry because we lost. I cried because they smiled upon just seeing me as I put on a brave face approaching them. Losing a championship hurts. I wanted everything for them yesterday, they only wanted me. My son knows me super well and how I'm feeling, I can't hide things from him well... he knows we lost and said, "I'm sorry, dada." My only thoughts in this photo is, how do I turn this into something he and my daughter can learn from one day. Most important, how do I grow from it first? #WinTheNow by @winthenow

We had the opportunity to visit our UFL Fellows in DC (@coachtgibson & @winthenow) and Columbus (@tsims_6 & @coachbmcneill) and see their work up close.

The impact is real, and as an organization, the Coalition couldn’t be prouder of our partnership with the @ufl.
