Recruitment is about finding a group of girls who make you feel seen, supported, and most importantly, like YOU. We won’t lie, Recruitment can feel overwhelming at times. It’s normal to feel a little confused or unsure. But it’s also one of the most exciting new beginnings you’ll ever have! NMALC 2026🩷 🐢Our sisters, Lacey and Kennedy had the chance to travel to Ohio for the Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference (NMALC) for Delta Zeta! This was truly a special opportunity which allowed them to grow as leaders, help strengthen our sisterhood, and provide opportunities to connect with inspiring women from chapters across the country.
