he built this on the road, not in a perfect week.

travel. hotels. no kitchen.
so the goal became a minimum he could keep, anywhere: hit protein. log food. never let one hard day become several.

nutrition logged 7/7, two weeks running. 10 pbs in a week. muscle-building block started oct 5.

down 12% body fat. up 31 lbs lean. 30 lbs fat gone. 4.5 inches off his waist.

“i’m in love with the results.”

oscar was already putting in the work.
4-6 training days a week. meal prep. still stuck.

he could lose weight.
keeping it off and knowing what to change at a plateau were the hard parts.

his reason went deeper than definition.
“i’m a dad first and foremost.”
he wanted to be around for his boys and prove to himself he could do this.

weight: 250 to 223. 27 lb lower.
body fat: 33.7% to 17.2%.
lean mass: 161 to 185.

“i feel like i’m in a really strong routine.”

life didn’t become stress-free.
the next chapter is making recovery part of that routine too.

Travis didn’t need another workout.

He didn’t need another gym membership.

He needed structure, accountability, and a reason to finally stay consistent.

When Travis started, he was 154 lbs. He had training experience. He knew his way around the gym. But like a lot of people, knowing what to do wasn’t the problem.

Following through consistently was.

Six months later, Travis is 172.7 lbs — up 18.7 lbs — and the physical difference speaks for itself.

But what stood out to me most during our latest check-in wasn’t the number on the scale.

It was hearing him talk about how much more confident he feels.

People are noticing.

He’s noticing.

And after years of having a gym membership without getting where he wanted to go, he finally feels like he’s using it with purpose.

What changed?

We gave his effort a system.

Training became progressive instead of sporadic.
Nutrition became intentional instead of something he just hoped he was getting right.
Accountability kept him connected when motivation wasn’t there.
And the mindset work gave him a reason to look beyond just sets, reps, and the scale.

That’s the part of transformation people don’t always see in the before-and-after photo.

The body changes because the behaviors behind it change.

Now we’re increasing his calories again and pushing toward 175 lbs, while continuing to build the physique he actually wants.

154 → 172.7 lbs.

But the real win?

He stopped just having a gym membership and became someone who consistently uses it to move forward.

197 → 167 lbs. 30 pounds gone.
But the weight loss isn’t the part of Miguel’s transformation I’m most proud of.

Before Wired 2 Thryve, Miguel knew he wanted to change his body. The missing piece wasn’t another diet or another workout — it was having a structure he could actually execute consistently. So we focused on more than getting the scale down.

We built the nutrition around the goal.
We trained to keep muscle while losing body fat.
We adjusted the plan as his body changed.
And most importantly, we kept stacking proof that he could follow through.

30 lbs later, you can see the physical difference. But what you can’t see in these pictures is the bigger transformation:
Miguel is learning how to operate like the man who does what he says he’s going to do.

That’s what Wired 2 Thryve is about.

7 months. 227 lbs → a completely different physique.

Beniah didn’t need another extreme diet. He needed a system that could work with his training, his lifestyle, and even a deployment where his food options weren’t always ideal.

The goal was never just to make the number on the scale smaller.

We wanted to strip away body fat while maintaining the muscular foundation he already had — and build a physique he could actually sustain.

What I love about this transformation is that it happened without perfect circumstances.

Deployment. Limited food options. Changing training environments. A demanding activity level.

Instead of waiting for the perfect situation, we built the plan around the situation he was actually in.

Now his waist is tighter, his muscular definition is dramatically different, and we’re moving into the next phase: continuing to refine the physique rather than simply chasing weight loss.

This is what Wired 2 Thryve is about.

Not another crash diet.

Not getting as small as possible.

Most people see the before and after.

What they don’t see is the version of Justin that was tired of feeling invisible in his own life.

When Justin started, this wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about finally looking in the mirror and feeling proud of the man looking back at him. He wanted to walk into a room with confidence again. He wanted to stop hiding behind oversized clothes, late nights drinking, and the constant thought of “I’ll start again Monday.”

Over the last few months, he’s lost 19 pounds.

But the bigger transformation happened mentally.

He started showing up consistently.
He started keeping promises to himself.
He started drinking less.
He started carrying himself differently.

And people noticed.

Not because he was chasing validation — but because confidence changes the way a man walks into a room. His energy changed. His posture changed. The way he talks changed.

This wasn’t built through motivation.
It was built through standards, structure, and learning how to follow through even on the hard days.

Justin is proving something a lot of men need to hear:

You do not need to become a different person to change your life.
You need to become more consistent with the man you already know you’re capable of being.

He wasn’t struggling because he wasn’t working hard.

He was struggling because hard work without the right structure eventually hits a ceiling.

At 155 lbs, he had been training consistently but couldn’t seem to break through the plateau.

So we changed the approach.

We rebuilt his training around progressive overload, adjusted how we were fueling his body, and implemented calorie cycling based on what his body actually needed.

Six months later: +20 lbs of lean mass.

But the bigger win wasn’t just what showed up in the mirror.

It was finally feeling like the work he was putting in was producing something.

More strength.
More confidence.
More belief in what he was capable of.

You don’t always need to work harder.

Sometimes you need a better system.

That’s the Wired 2 Thryve Method.

John was already training.

He wasn’t lazy.
He wasn’t inconsistent.
He wasn’t afraid of hard work.

But no matter what he did, he couldn’t seem to push past 165 lbs or build the physique he wanted.

What changed wasn’t his willingness to work.

It was the structure behind the work.

With the Wired 2 Thryve Method, we dialed in his training, nutrition, progression, and accountability so every week actually built on the one before it.

9 months later: more lean mass, more shape, more strength — and finally a body he felt proud of.

That’s the difference between simply working out and actually following a system designed around the result you want.

You don’t always need to work harder.

Sometimes you need a better plan.

Nick didn’t need another workout plan. He was already working with a coach.

He needed a system that connected the training, nutrition, accountability, and the way he operated every day.

Nick started at 205 lbs and 33% body fat.

7 months later:
196 lbs. 13% body fat.
14 lbs of lean mass gained.
22 percentage points of body fat gone.

But the transformation you can see is only part of the story.

The goal of Wired 2 Thryve is to stop relying on motivation and build the standards, consistency, and follow-through that make the physical transformation sustainable.

Nick didn’t just build a different body.

He built proof of what happens when you stop starting over and learn how to follow through.

Sid didn’t just lose weight.

He rebuilt his body around the life he wanted to get back to. 🏂

Years of snowboarding left him navigating multiple injuries. At 180 lbs, he wanted to lean out and get back on the slopes — but he didn’t know how to train hard, lose body fat, and work around those limitations at the same time.

So we didn’t just give him a diet and tell him to exercise more.

We built the plan around him.

Training around his injuries.
Corrective and mobility work where he needed it.
Nutrition that supported fat loss without sacrificing his ability to perform.
And a structure he could actually stay consistent with.

Six months later, the difference speaks for itself.

But the biggest win?

He’s heading back to the slopes stronger, leaner, more capable — and with a body that supports what he loves doing.

The goal was never just to weigh less.
The goal was to get his life back.

Luke didn’t need to work harder.

He was already training 5 days a week after work.
He was already trying to eat “healthy.”
He was already putting in the effort.

But effort without the right structure only gets you so far.

We completely rebuilt his training around progression, dialed in his nutrition, and gave him a system he could actually execute consistently.

The result?

30 lbs down.
15% body fat.
Completely different physique.

That’s the difference between simply working out and actually training with a plan.

If you’re putting in the work but your body still isn’t changing, you probably don’t need more motivation.

You need a better blueprint.

He didn’t need another random workout.

He needed a roadmap.

Justin had been training for years, but like a lot of hard gainers, effort wasn’t the problem. There was no clear system connecting his training, nutrition, progression, and consistency to the physique he actually wanted.

So we changed the approach.

We gave his training direction.
We built nutrition around growth.
We created structure around his consistency.
And most importantly, we gave him a process he could actually follow.

12 weeks later: +12 lbs of lean mass.

Same person. Same ability to work hard.

Different strategy. Different structure. Different result.

That’s the difference between simply working out and training with a roadmap.
