GETTING BACK INTO FITNESS Day10.
Apologies for the pause , had a couple things to handle over here but Wizzy is back . For today , I did a couple of pushups, squats and even tried planks for the first time tho, I’m quite unsure of the posture. And yes , the two tracks playing are mine . Thought yall should have a listen 👂. Both unreleased #fitnessjourney #fitnesslife #day10 taken in Nigeria by @wisdomthecreator_

GETTING BACK INTO FITNESS Day8 .
So yeah , we are back on it again . Took two days off to focus on mums birthday celebration and to enjoy all them cakes 🍰. Mmmm … they were yummy . Today , I started of with two sets of push-ups and one set of squats. Honestly, I didn’t have the drive to workout today but I had to show up regardless. #fitnessjourney #day8 #wisdom taken in Nigeria by @wisdomthecreator_

Happy Birthday to my beautiful mother, my woman, my biggest blessing. ❤️👑

Today, I celebrate not just the amazing woman you are, but the love, strength, sacrifices, and prayers that have shaped my life. I’m forever grateful to God for blessing me with you as my mother.

May this new chapter bring you abundant happiness, good health, peace, long life, and everything your heart desires. May God continue to protect you, bless you, and give you many more beautiful years to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

There are days where you feel unsure about what you should do to be where you’d want to be in life and it is okay to feel that way . No one came to this world with a Manuel script on how to navigate this life so take as much time you need as long as you doing the right thing every thing will be okay❤️. taken in God Loves You by @wisdomthecreator_
