One of our young students made this handwritten flyer for our gym, and honestly, it made our day!

Seeing the kids believe in what we’re building and want to share it with others means more than they probably realize.

“You should really join! We are a family… and you deserve to be a part of it!” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

Thank you for the sweet flyer and for reminding us what Team Wise is all about!

You don’t get better at Jiu Jitsu by just learning a technique once. You get better by doing it over and over again!
Learn it. Drill it. Repeat it. taken in Wise Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by @wisebjj

Some people collect souvenirs.

We collect training partners. 🤝

1,300 miles from Waxahachie, in a gym we’d never seen, with people we’d never met — and it took about four seconds to feel at home. Slap. Bump. Roll.

@fitefitbelize showed us nothing but love and gave us the rounds to prove it. 🔥

The rashguard travels. The bag travels. The family travels.

If you’re down there, go train with them. Skip a beach day, walk in, slap hands — they’ll take care of you. Tell them Wise sent you.
