What did God carry you through? 💜 There was a season I didn’t think I’d smile again. He carried me — and tonight, I lay down grateful. “I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” Tell me yours below, and type AMEN if He carried you too. #WiseWomanShift #Gratitude #CharlotteNC by @wisewomansshift

Enjoying the moment. by @wisewomansshift

For the one who says “I’m fine” because everyone needs something: your needs deserve an honest answer, too.

Before your next yes, pause. Do you have the time, energy, and willingness? Try: “Let me check before I commit.”

Tomorrow: one way to set a boundary without overexplaining.

It feels so good to have someone in your corner. ❤️

Your angel might be:
✨ A friend who checks on you
✨ Family who shows up
✨ Someone who listens

Who’s that person for you? ❤️ by @wisewomansshift

You say voting doesn’t matter. Then what’s your plan for change? 🗳️

Voting isn’t the only tool we have—but why leave it unused? If you know something more powerful, tell us what it is and how people can get involved.

If this resonates with you, share it. Let’s talk solutions. 👇🏾

“My vote is my voice against what I see as a push toward authoritarian rule. I want leadership that answers to the people—not power without limits.” #PoliticalSatire #Trump #DemocracyMatters #MyVoteMyVoice #WiseWomansShift by @wisewomansshift

💜 Being dependable shouldn’t mean being forgotten.

Sometimes checking on someone is as simple as a phone call, a hug, or asking how their day went.

Who could use a little extra love today?

Where do you sneak your prayers in? 💜
I’m the mama whispering prayers in the pickup line — and God hears those too. If you pray on the go, type AMEN.

You prayed, but your mind keeps replaying the problem. That doesn’t make your faith fake.

Today, write down what’s worrying you and one small step you can take.

What’s hardest for you to stop worrying about? by @wisewomansshift

Who else is starting over? 💜
I’m starting over at 50, and God is not done with me yet. If He’s writing your next chapter too, type AMEN.

Everybody pass his life leads you to in a different direction. There is no pain the same to pregnancy the same none of that which we can speak of that we have experienced in our life. Everything is so different as relatable but desperate. by @wisewomansshift
