My Star Wars: The Acolyte Review!
This show is truly a gem, exploring the delicate balance of good and evil through a pair of twins straddling the line of balance and trust.
This story is both intimately personal while having implications that impact how we put faith the social structures we rely on.
This show is shadow work.
Give it a watch, and tell me what you think!

Chasing your dreams is so 2000-late
Its all about co-creating with Life
Responding, rather than controlling
That's how I flowed into career of my dreams
Falling into decision after decision

I graduated from Massage School 😊 Those of you who know, know that it has been a winding path to get here. Through my faith and patience with God, I have made it to the end. I am so excited to create the life I have always dreamed of, helping to facilitate healing and loving touch to my community 💗 Thank you to Healing Arts Center and all the beautiful people I met there for helping me begin this journey. Thank you to the Body Therapy Center for having the strong, caring foundation to catch me and my fellow HAC cohort when we needed you the most. I am so happy to have found you and to be part of your family 💗 by @wishbywill

I drove 5 hours to see my favorite band @infinitysong and drove back that same night.
We're talking 10 hours in the car yall! And it was so deeply worth it. They way These siblings tapped into a flow state last night was otherworldly.
At points i felt like I was at the jukejoint in Sinners. Spirit was in that room. Ancestors were in that space. I even got to find a new siblings duo in the opening act @theburneysisters! They were so fabulous, and sounded insane. Both of these groups were kind, talented and have their whole future ahead of them. I even got invited on stage to put shame to my family name (peep the ending of that dance sesh in this post). This random, divinely-led night cracked something in me open and changed my life. Thank you so much Burney Sisters and Infinity Song! by @wishbywill

✨️Tips and Perspective on Starting a Fast or Detox✨️
Disclaimer: Fasting can have a myriad of affect on the mind and body, and should be done with care and consideration of your individual needs. Fasts are meant to be challenging and awakening, but for some, they can be dangerous if not done in the right timing, mindset or medical situation. Consult your guidance and seek professional advice before attempting a fast or detox if you think you may fall into this group.
Fasting has had a profound impact on my life, realigning me in all ways when I get lost in the sauce. My intention is to share my experience so that it can do the same for others.
Also! I am a baby on the fasting journey, and have yet to reach the levels of power and magic that get unlocked when fasting for longer. I will update you all when I do. In the meantime, check out my friends @4innergy They are true to the game and have been huge inspirarion for me to continue!
Love y'all 💗 Be blessed
