in 2020 we hopped on zoom and got married in our little brooklyn apartment, we took pictures on the bridge once we knew i definitely didn’t have covid, then we planned and planned until 2022 when we got to celebrate with all our friends and family 💒

oh my girls, how i love you so! curvy girl summer, plus size player, and big girl blitz make up the most perfect 3 book romance series and YES they must be read in order!! i don’t know how @authordanielleallen ‘s brain is so beautifully organized but all three of these stories are happening at the same time and it’s a magical experience to read through aaliyah, nina, and jazmyn’s stories of intelligent, funny, caring, gorgeous, fat, Black women being loved on the way they should be 💗

all three of these books follow our girls as they unexpectedly find the love of their lives but also find the truest and most beautiful versions of themselves. through grief, bullying, jobs, aaliyah, nina, and jazmyn transform themselves and burrow themselves deep into your souls. i love love love this series and you are so missing out if you haven’t picked it up yet!

AND wesleigh siobahn narrates all 3 of these and that’s my girl for real 🥹 i would listen to her read me a grocery list 💗

fan expo boston is one of my favorite cons and i’m so glad i got to go this year!! also got to bring my brother to their first con, the inner children are healing my loves!!!

but i love this con because, since it’s not anime only, a lot of the anime events are pretty chill, like us getting to sit 2nd row in the Johnny Yong Bosch panel!!! and us sitting pretty close during the MHA panel with all the voice actors!!! the cosplays are also span many fandoms and it’s so fun to see people’s creativity!

it’s such a gift to find an author who makes you fall in love with falling in love over and over over and @authortarahdewitt is that author for me!!

left of forever is my favorite book (i even made my husband read it and he loved it too) and i genuinely thought nothing would come close to my love for it, but tarah has a talent that is unmatched. i recently finished lost and found and when i tell you that book broke me and put me back together again!!!!!! bea and silas are perfect to me and i’m so glad we got their story!!

scenes from Salem, MA and my favorite park 🥹💗

i grew up begging my parents to bring me to the Salem Willows on any nice day and it was really special to finally go back as an adult 🌳 my love for new england is unending!!!

also i did finish the someday garden recently and it was so beautiful and had me dreaming of maine instantly 🥹
