Happy Birthday Witching Hour. 🖤

When we first opened our doors, we knew building a neighborhood staple wouldn't be easy, and man, has it been a wild ride. But looking back at the last four years, every single late night, poured drink, and shared laugh has made it the greatest time of our lives.

We wouldn't be here without our incredible Bushwick community and staff. To everyone who has pulled up a stool, sang their heart out on karaoke nights, ordered a house cocktail, or recommended us to a friend: **thank you**. You turned a dream into a home, and this space is as much yours as it is ours.

Kitchen Witch — miso-infused gin, sake, yuzu, a kiss of maple. Stirred down, chilled coupe, pink peppercorn floating on top. 🍋🥢

Savory, citrus-bright, a little spellbound. The kind of sip that hums. 🔮 First taste is all salt and citrus. Then the gin settles in and you start to understand why we put 'witch' in the name.
