I wanted to share my regional variant of the Litwick evolution line! This was designed to be a Habarian Litwick, Lampent, and Chandelure. The Haba region was created by @magik_jack_art for the @subjectively5 channel. I found the idea of a New England inspired region super fun as a fellow New Englander, and I wanted to do something that reminded me of all of New England’s wonderful gas lamps and lamp posts!

I see this regional variant as a Fire/Steel type, and personality wise it is very much there to help! Habarian Litwick stay lit to help people work late into the night, while the Lampent and Chandelure help keep the streets well lit and safe!

A little left turn to make a real life version of my little night light spirit, Lumi 💡😁 I need to find the right bulb, but we’re getting there! Excited to get some pics of this guy in action once it’s all said and done!

Note: I don’t intend to use this as a regular lamp, it would be a huge fire hazard. This is just a sculptural piece. As always, largely made of glue, wire, tinfoil, paper towels, and paint.

Production copy of MECHROMANCERS: Pocket Duels - Season 02 has arrived to join Season 01, which bumps up the player count to 4, or has its own standalone 2 player rules!

I also treated myself to a playmat I made for the first expansion I’ve been working on for the full game! It may end up being two expansions in one, we shall see!

Meta Moment: Big Joe - As a mechanic with access to Phantasm and Angelic class spirits, Big Joe is built like a tank! High attack and defense, and a bump in Spirit Power production make any mechrobot he uses a powerful force!

This JOEggernaut build has some bonus SP production and a very balanced attack and defense setup that doubles down on the elements highlighted by Joe’s spirit class making for a powerful, and well defended build!

This full Casimecha build has some heavy attack, and specs quickly into max hand size, and with a starting max hand size of 8 instead of 5, think of all that you can accomplish!

I thought I’d try something a little different today and do a post about the “meta” of MECHROMANCERS!

Gora has access to Nature and Demonic spirit overlays which means that she’s primed to deal damage and increase your max hand size!

One option would be to build your mechrobot towards the areas she’s weakest in, which would lead to a more defensive bot like this Flora build. This would keep you in the fight long enough to get your spirit overlays up and set up your more damage heavy moves.

Another option would be to double down on damage and hand prep like this Wild Drive build! No defense here, so watch out for counter attacks, but every hit you land is going to HURT.

I’ve started getting word that MECHROMANCERS has started arriving at backer’s homes! Truly wild to see this game in the real world. I’m really proud of the game that it became and I hope players enjoy the world of MECHROMANCERS as much as I do!

I’ll be opening up the game for international sales soon through @thegamecrafter , and I’ll also be releasing season 02 of MECHROMANCERS: Pocket Duels to help tease some mechanics for the first big expansion I’m working on for the full game!
