This was my first time.. and wow!! The first 1-2 mins were intense, mentally and physically, but it’s about pushing through discomfort and training your brain to calm your body.
I focused on 4s inhale, 4s hold, 4s exhale, thanks to @saralates_8 guided me through the breath 🫶🏼🫶🏼. 2 mins in my body went numb and it became more of a mental challenge.

The cold is uncomfortable, but your body can handle it physically. The real test is staying calm, controlling your breath and resisting the urge to get out!
