Because joy looks like this.
Music, movement, connection, laughter.
Not perfection — just presence.

This is me in my element ✨
More of this energy, always.

We are never just one woman. 🤍

We carry the strength of our mothers, the courage of our grandmothers, and the stories of our generations of women who walked before us.

And in the little girls who come after us, their legacy lives on. 🌿✨

AD | Firstly, a huge thank you to @Mielleorganics_UK for sending me this gorgeous PR box to put my curls to the test! 🥹💛

And of course… my curls definitely had plans 😂🌀

I've been trying the Mielle Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera collection and just LOOK at those curls! 😍 My hair feels so soft and hydrated, with gorgeous definition but still plenty of movement — exactly how I like my curls.

I had so much fun creating this and putting all five products to the test. Thank you again @Mielleorganics_UK for gifting me this beautiful PR box and letting my curls have their moment. 🥰✨

Proud Mama moment 🥹🎭❤️

My girl auditioned for The Pantomime Adventures of Pinocchio at Groundlings Theatre… and she got through! 🙏🏽🫶🏾

After leaving the dance school that had been her second home since she was four, this feels like such a lovely new chapter for her. She walked into a completely new theatre, where nobody knew her, auditioned and earned her place in their Christmas pantomime. 🥹✨

So, so proud of you Kayla. ❤️ I can't wait to see you up on that stage dancing and singing again! 🎭🎶

Looks like we're back to rehearsals and show life… and I couldn't be happier about it. 😂❤️
