70+ Countries Later… Here Are My Top 10!

Every place is special in its own way, so here’s my top 10 favorite destinations - the places that left the biggest impression on me and that I’d go back again and again and again 😅

And yes, Thailand isn’t on the list… because home doesn’t count. 😉🇹🇭

1. Mexico
I’ve been back multiple times because there’s just so much to do. Whether you’re into wildlife, beaches, food, culture, art, or vibrant cities, Mexico has it all.

2. Iceland
One of the most breathtaking road trips I’ve ever done. Epic landscapes, waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes, and endless outdoor adventures. Plus, every season feels like a completely different country.

3. Indonesia
So many incredible islands, each with its own personality. Raja Ampat for diving, Sumba for untouched beauty, Komodo for adventure, and Bali for surfing, wellness, and nightlife (and many more!). It’s also surprisingly affordable and the people are so nice and kind!

4. Maldives
I’ve been more than 10 times and still can’t get enough. Crystal-clear water, incredible marine life, and some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world.

5. Kazakhstan
One of the fastest rising travel destinations, and it’s easy to see why. Dramatic mountains, canyons, lakes, friendly people, great food, and excellent value for monev.

6. New Zealand
A paradise for nature lovers that’s also incredibly easy to explore. Mountains, glaciers, lakes, fjords, waterfalls- and plenty of activities without needing extreme hikes. Perfect for families too.

7. Tanzania
My favorite safari destination in Africa. We spotted the Big Five, stayed in incredible lodges, and ended the trip in Zanzibar - where stunning beaches meet a rich history and vibrant culture.
One note: if you’re planning a safari, please choose a reputable operator that puts animal welfare and responsible wildlife viewing

8. Jordan
Petra is unforgettable, but there’s so much more. Float in the Dead Sea, hike through canyons, explore Wadi Rum’s desert landscapes, and spend a night glamping under the stars.

9. Bolivia
One of the most underrated countries I’ve visited. Beyond the famous salt flats, the national parks and landsca by @withgib
