This is a dream come true for me. To bring women together, to teach these wise truths, to remind them back who they are behind the layers of suppression, lack of self value and self abandonment. And to do this together, within a supportive community.

One of the things that I was missing the most moving to a different country was my women friends, my sisters.

Every woman needs women around her.
We really need each other to go through all these challenging experiences, all these waves of emotions and struggles that only we know. Sometimes speaking to a woman friend is all I need to go back to sanity.
If you've also been missing that feeling of women holding each other - I want to create that here in Warsaw.

So I opened a new group for a women's community (we already have a combined group with almost 400 people!) and I plan on creating varied events that will connect us.

And there's our first event this Saturday morning, where I will guide you through the book Women Who Run With the Wolves (which is a life-changing book) to connect to ourselves, our intuition, freedom and creativity that might have gotten lost in this modern routine.
We'll explore the archetype of the Wild Woman - the instinctive, creative part of us that gets buried under to-do lists and "shoulds." Expect stories, reflection, and honest conversation.
You don't need to have read the book - just come as you are.

Summing up October activities vs the last pic from a year ago.

In the everyday perspective, it’s so easy to jump to the next plans, to see all the things that still weren’t done or achieved… and that’s why I wanted to post this, to remind myself that I’m awesome!
That I’m doing a lot. Taking this pain of nothingness, of loneliness, and turning it into creation. Building my home. And my home is built with an open door to everyone who feel like me- this lack of belonging, lack of a deeper level and deeper understanding.

A year ago, I used to sit on benches outside to feel less lonely and less depressed. I still do it, but there's so much more in my life now. And the best is yet to come 🌱 by @within_kami

It only now hits me, moving to Poland and experiencing a real winter.

Look outside. at nature.
January is deep winter. Nature is in its rest, the time where there is no ability to grow. It's cold, There’s almost no direct sunlight.

Now look inside.
Cold makes our bodies contract. Our immune systems are weaker.
Our mental energy often goes down, affected from this season.
This is a season of low energy, of being indoors, of grounding ourselves in warmth and stillness.

Winter is not a time for pushing forward, setting big goals, or forcing new beginnings.
It’s a time to rest.
To reflect.
To go inward.

It doesn’t mean I don’t recommend celebrating the beginning of a new year- I do.
But it’s about being wiser, more compassionate with ourselves, pulling inward instead of constantly pushing forward.
Remember your pace, and that sometimes it’s part of something bigger than just us. by @within_kami

This one came to me while preparing myself for the meditation workshop tomorrow.
When spiritual practices are not grounded and integrated into our daily lives, we may see all kinds of energies, vibrations, colors, and angels, but they won’t take us anywhere by @within_kami
