It was such a joy and an honour to be part of the first @webanjaara festival in Pushkar. Guiding morning reset breathwork for the people that joined. 🤍

It was SUCH an amazing festival with so much love put into it and an incredible line up. Can't wait for the next chapter this year... wherever that will be. India? Ireland? Somewhere else? ✨ Who's up for it?

Thinking back to how special @shambalafest was this summer. I was very grateful to be running 3 sessions in the Healing Meadow this year. The team are so fantastic - an amazing collection of facilitators, practitioners and real experts in their field. I ran a few different types of workshops around the breath and loved each one. The people who came were so open, loving and created an awesome energy in the space.

5 years ago I came out of a life changing month in a monastery in Nepal. Learning about the teachings of the Buddha from the amazing venerable @robinacourtin and Lama Zopa Rinpoche RIP, eating INCREDIBLE food, having a full digital detox (these pics are from after), and hanging out with beautiful souls.

Every time I hold a session of breathwork, be it a group, 1:1, at a festival, or even online, my heart expands a little more. I love this practice and feel so grateful to be able to share it!

Deep in the jungle of India this sweat lodge was created with love to hold ceremonies for purification, prayer and to go within, connecting to oneself and the elements of life. Held on the new and full moon we will be sweating, singing and sharing together in this earth-womb before cleansing off in the river and sharing food round the fire. 🌜🌞

I’m grateful to be offering breathwork sessions again in Goa, India this season — a space to breathe, release, and reconnect. At 2 of my favourite studios @yokegoa & @brahmayoga.school alongside my bro @mohit.yogi__.

Each week there will be three sessions:
Two sessions are the full deep dive, open to everyone — whether you’re new to the practice or returning to it.
One session is for experienced practitioners, for those who have already shared breath with me and wish to go straight in.

Tuesdays | 11:00 – 13:30
📍 Brahma Yoga, Palolem — INR 1500
Saturdays | 10:30 – 13:00
📍 Yoke Goa, Agonda — INR 1500
Saturdays | 13:45 – 15:00 (experienced)
📍 Yoke Goa, Agonda — INR 900
(For those with at least two previous sessions)
