How has it already been five years? 🤍

I felt the memories creeping up and tried to ignore them, but somehow, you’re everywhere. I hear your song while I’m at work, catch glimpses of you in strangers, and you keep bothering me in my dreams… in the best way, of course.

Some days, the hardest part is waking up and remembering that you’re really gone. Grief hasn’t gotten easier, I’ve just learned how to live with it a little better.

I still play your voicemails for my kids because I never want them to forget your voice. And lately, I feel like I’m running out of pictures of you, even though I’ll never run out of memories.

I’ll forever be a daddy’s girl, and I’m so thankful I got to be yours.

I took my kids downtown to help feed those in need. ❤️

Teaching them humility, compassion, and the importance of showing up for others. We’re raising the next generation, and if we want to see a kinder world, that change has to start with us. Today was my first instructor-led barre class @lilaccitybarre and what a treat! The owner is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. We love a boss babe who knows her stuff!

What I appreciated most was how accommodating she was. I couldn’t do every movement, but she made sure I was comfortable, offered modifications, and checked in on me throughout the class. It’s those little things that make an experience so special.

And of course, ending with a beautiful grazing spread from @girlgonegrazing was the cherry on top!

Girls’ dinner, but make it a little fancy. 🍸✨

How have I lived in Spokane this long and NEVER actually sat down for dinner @davenportdining ?!

I’ve stopped in for drinks and attended events, but this was my first time really enjoying a girls’ night at the Peacock Lounge, and I was SO impressed!

Salads, appetizers, drinks, and the best company. Honestly, everything was so good, and the atmosphere was just as inviting as it was beautiful. The perfect spot to catch up with your girlfriends and enjoy a night out!

Now I’m wondering what else I’ve been missing!

Have you been to the Peacock Lounge? And what’s another Davenport favorite I absolutely NEED to try next? 👀

One of my favorite Spokane fall traditions is BACK. 🍷👻

If you’ve never done the Spooky Wine Tour at Fairmount Memorial Park, this is your sign.

You climb aboard a hay-bale wagon, wine in hand, and ride through the cemetery while hearing stories about Spokane history, local legends, notable residents and all the things you probably never knew about the grounds.

And listen… I’m also here for the snacks because their charcuterie is always so good.
@fairmontmemorialpark does such a great job with the events they put on, and this is genuinely one of my favorites. They just opened up more spots, and these tend to book FAST.

So I need to know:

Would you do a boozy haunted hayride through a cemetery? 🍷👻

Scarywood is BACK and listen… I love spooky season, but apparently I also love voluntarily paying to be scared 😂

This year they added Nightmares, their biggest haunt yet with 14 rooms, plus two new scare zones The Wharf and Doomtown. And of course all the classics are back, including Chuckles 3D Sideshow, Blood Bayou and Pharaoh’s Curse.

But can we talk about the hidden Scarywood Speakeasy?! 🍸 If you can find it, consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

Add in riding Silverwood rides in the DARK and honestly… this is one of my favorite ways to do October in the PNW.

Scarywood runs select nights through October 30, starting at 7pm. Grab your bravest friends and ENJOY THE TIME because half the fun is watching which one of you absolutely loses it first. 😂
