Is it weird to say congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their house if the client is Dalton, Ana and myself?

We did it!

We bought a house. Incredibly full of happiness and gratitude for this momentous milestone. Thank you to all the people who helped us get to this moment. I am beyond proud of myself and Dalton. Dreaming, building and growing together is nothing short of surreal . Cheers to being homeowners and this new chapter.

We bought a houseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ✨🔑

My hardest client yet (Ana) and she couldn’t be more excited. Ana has been a studio apartment dog her whole life, and I’ve been promising her a yard forever.

After a lot of searching, Dalton and I finally found the one- a 1986 cutie brick ranch sitting on about half an acre, right here in Wilmington, North Carolina. Which means Ana Banana finally has all the yard she could ever dream of. Best of all, it’s close to our family, right here in Wilmington, North Carolina. Maybe one day I’ll share the stories of how we got here (and all the houses we didn’t get 👀), but for now I look forward to renovating our house and turning it into our HOME<3

Porters Neck keeps giving us new spots to fall in love with. One of these places was recommended to us to try and the other was a happily found accident . Both of them are getting added to the “we’re coming back” list.⁠

@pho_vanhly impressed me with the most enormous bowl of pho! And don’t ask me how, but we found room in our stomachs @staxicecreamkitchen⁠

I am so truly excited for "off season" for the simple fact that I started to add up how much I spent on parking this year... OOF.⁠
But you know what, it was worth it. Every. Single. Time.⁠
I love going to the beach, being on the beach, living by the beach. Any excuse to go, I try to take. Just last week I ate my Chipotle dinner on the beach because WHY NOT?! It brings me so much happiness. Carolina Beach and Wrightsville beach, you make me smile and you are worth every single (taxed) penny. ⁠

It’s my favorite time of the year :sparkles: October 1 = the return of beach days with our dogs!!! 🌊

Ana and I are READY!

One of my favorite things about fall in coastal North Carolina is being able to bring my fur baby to the beach. Wilmington dog owners rejoice!!

From Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach & Kure Beach to Fort Fisher, Topsail Island, Surf City, Emerald Isle, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle & Sunset Beach it’s time to get those beach days back on the calendar! Plus this weather ?! 87° and sunny with a UV index of 7?? Sign me up. SPF and leashes required*.
