Yesterday, I was a role model for the morning 💛 I joined Girls Out Loud at St Joseph’s High School in Bolton, speaking to 110 year 8 girls about careers, confidence, choices and thinking BIG about their futures. I loved their energy, their honesty and all of their brilliant questions. Seeing my name on a few cards as a favourite role model of the day genuinely meant so much. It reminded me that making a difference doesn’t always require a huge gesture, sometimes, it’s simply about slowing down, giving your time and making someone feel heard. A huge thank you to @katethecolour for inviting me, and to Jane and Heidi from Girls Out Loud for letting me be part of such a special morning. If you have time to give back and inspire the next generation of girls, get involved- you won’t regret it ✨ #GirlsOutLoud #RoleModel #GirlPower #InspireTheNextGeneration #GiveBack taken in St Joseph's Roman Catholic High School, Horwich by @withpurposeagency

Met @nl_dannywilliams years ago, and today he got me out of my comfort zone again at @_thepremiumclub_ brunch at @thelowryhotel 💥 Honestly, Danny gives me the confidence to walk into rooms I’d usually avoid. Plus, having @katethecolour by my side made it even better—she brightens every room she’s in ☀️ As I transition from “Jemma from…” to just “Hi, I’m Jemma,” showing up is everything. I might start because Danny pushes me through the door, but I’m learning to show up for myself too. Thank you to everyone around the table for the inspiring conversations ✨ 📍 The Lowry Hotel, Manchester #Networking #Manchester #PersonalGrowth #Confidence #WomenInBusiness ShowUpForYourself by @withpurposeagency

Our future is rarely shaped by one enormous decision. It’s shaped by the small choices we make every day,the consistency, the determination and the decision to keep showing up. When you genuinely enjoy what you do, “sweating the small stuff” doesn’t always feel like hard work. It’s simply the desire to do your best for the people you serve. • It's the email you took time to word properly. • The small detail you noticed before anyone else did. • Every promise you follow through on. • That extra thought that made someone feel understood. These moments may seem insignificant, but together they shape your reputation, your relationships and your future. Keep showing up. It’s working, even when you can’t see it yet. Sometimes, you need to pause and give yourself credit for how far you’ve come. Funnily enough, I find that bit the hardest. by @withpurposeagency

Director of Vibes - Signing Out ⛔ 20 years. Over 40 restaurant openings (and a few closings!). Countless events, unbelievable highs, and a few character-building lows. Today marks my final day stepping out of employee life to pour 100% of my energy into building my own agency. Hospitality isn't just a career, anyone in it knows it’s a lifestyle defined by relentless passion, incredible teams, and a pursuit of excellence. It’s an environment in which I’ve raised my son, who’s grown up on a steady diet of pasta, olives, gelato, and global travel alongside some of the absolute best people on earth. I entered this industry in my 20s at Piccolino Bramhall, reluctantly, I might add! But Giovanni had a clear vision for me, set me on this path, and I am forever grateful. This career gave me the opportunity to work with world-class hotel partners like the unbelievable teams at Meliá and Marriott, collaborate with retail giants like Asda, and deliver everything from restaurant rollouts to national book tours, seeing big visions and brand conceptions become reality. A massive shoutout to my events, sales girlies, and reception teams, you are friends for life. @lucianodacampo , @adampurslow , and @louiseste thank you for every door opened and your unwavering encouragement. To Mr @iamginodacampo and the team at MeMs, your continued support means the world. Today I step into the next chapter running With Purpose Agency full-time. We’re already making waves and have been working with O Beach, Addmind, Jay Mac Solutions, The Social PR, Jerk Junction, Dan & The RHS, Cast Can, Flick First, and Social Butterflyz. If you need help with Brand Communication, Brand Creative, Repositioning, Internal Structure, Sales, Loyalty, or Partnerships -let’s talk. Grateful for where I’ve been, and so ready for where we’re going. ✨ by @withpurposeagency

Everything we do, we do 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲. ✨ We just wrapped an unforgettable 4-day whirlwind in Malta with @iamginodacampo and his amazing agency, 𝗠𝗲𝗠𝘀! 🇲🇹 Watching Gino work is a masterclass in strength and positivity, no matter how busy the schedule gets. We had the best time experiencing the heart of the island: 🍝 Two incredible events seeing customers and experiencing the magic of La Tavolata @lucianobyginodacampomalta📍 🎥 Filming and strategy sessions with the Mercury team & ME Malta (fueled by plenty of local coffee and amazing energy! ☕️⚡️). 🎭 Seeing the breathtaking float that volunteers spent 12 months building. The dedication was truly unbelievable! ℙ𝕦𝕣𝕡𝕠𝕤𝕖 + ℙ𝕒𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 = 𝕄𝕒𝕘𝕚𝕔. ⚡ Huge thanks to MeMs ,Gino himself & the team at Mercury Towers and ME Malta for the incredible hospitality! 💫 #MEMalta #GinoDAcampo #MaltaVibes #MercuryMalta #josephportelli taken in ME Malta by @withpurposeagency
