WPPL Pro qualifier @stenslandpowerlifting puts on a badass meet! A rough day but had a lot of fun 4/9 and an 1872 total Knew during warmups for squats it was gonna be a rough one so hit openers and just had fun Squat - 661/705 missed 733 which was just a shits and giggles jump Bench - 462 jumped the start command on first attempt retook it on seconds missed 485 on thirds Dead’s- 705 actually felt good jumped 755 things started going dark at the knee and just scratched thirds with how sloppy it got Got to spend the weekend with @aimeeasbury and had a great time I love you so much thank you for always being there for me! @cbread_muat thanks for showing up man. competed all day and stayed the rest of the night to keep me going couldn’t have got through it with out ya and you too @big_john522 by @withrow_97
It’s an odd prep when squats and bench are moving better than deads 672 - 2x1 second set shown 463 - a prep PR and 11 pounds under my best comp bench 705 - deads have sucked ass the past couple weeks but 700 is always nice by @withrow_97
605 double which I think is my heaviest double in sleeves 640 - 3rd double in wraps first time I ever doubled that much and did it 3 times back to back 716 deadlift that was way too slow 440 bench by @withrow_97
Only important thing about this post is that @aimeeasbury is still putting up with my bullshit 2 years after that first pic Other than that 677 Buffalo squat some dead’s and a bunch of bench by @withrow_97
