Decluttering Diaries | Part 1 🧹

We’re moving by the end of the year (possibly sooner!), so it’s finally time to tackle all the clutter. 😅

I’m a Type C mom aspiring to be Type A, but honestly, I just want to find an organizing system I can actually maintain.

I’ve also been overthinking what kind of content to create, so here’s me keeping it real. Messy house and all. 🫣🫣🫣

Lunch boxes don’t pack flat, and my toddler still throws the stick-on placemats and suction plates when she’s done eating 😂

I like that the 321 Grow On-the-Go snack mat doubles as snack storage and an eating mat. I can put her snacks inside, fold it up, and toss it in my bag, no separate Ziploc or lunchbox needed!

Then I just unfold it when she’s ready to eat! Handy when I want to pack something light for a restaurant or the park 🤍

If you had an impromptu night out all to yourself, what would you do? 🤍

I was tired and stressed, so my husband told me to go enjoy some alone time while he handled baths and bedtime with the girls.

I wandered around World Market looking at cute stuff, tried on cardigans and Christmas aprons, ate Thai food, and watched Spider-Man in a pretty empty theater. I was sandwiched between two couples later, but for a minute I thought I had the whole place to myself 😂

I wasn’t feeling too good today and didn’t get any portfolio work done 😢

I’m still figuring out batch filming around homeschooling—finding little pockets of time while the girls are in art class or the baby naps. Some days, it just doesn’t happen.

Looking at little me reminds me to be kinder to myself. I’d encourage her to try, even if she didn’t know how it would turn out. At least so know I tried my best. So I’m learning to give myself that same kindness.

One week into UGC and realizing it’s not just “make a cute video and get paid” 😭

There’s filming, editing, hooks, pitching, portfolios, platforms… all of it.
Still figuring it out, still showing up, and trying to have fun with it along the way.
