“Maybe next year” has been the plan since... when, exactly?

Honestly? There’s no perfect time to buy. There’s just the moment you decide to stop waiting and start figuring it out.

That doesn’t mean signing papers tomorrow. It means:

→ Sit down with a Wits agent, make a game plan
→ Talk to a lender (yes, even if you’re “not ready”)
→ Get real about your monthly number
→ Get pre-approved so you know what you’re working with
→ Tour a few places, just to see what clicks
→ Keep a simple search going instead of doom-scrolling Zillow at 1am

Most people are way closer to “ready” than they think. You don’t need it all figured out — you just need to start.
