30 years after building it, this Cobra still has plenty of life left in it. 🐍🔥 Our client brought us his Cobra replica, a car he built himself three decades ago, ready for a little exhaust upgrade. With a 5.0 under the hood and some seriously tight spaces to work around, we modified the headers for proper fitment and built a fresh set of side pipes featuring Vibrant resonators. The result? A cleaner, sharper look that complements this classic roadster—and a sound that’s every bit as aggressive as you’d expect from a 5.0-powered Cobra. Thirty years of history, a little Wits End craftsmanship, and one badass sounding Cobra. Swipe through for the before and after, a closer look at the fabrication, and make sure you turn the volume up for that startup. 🔊 #WitsEndFabrication #ShelbyCobraReplica #CustomExhaust #VibrantPerformance #CustomFabrication by @witsendfab247

Sometimes it’s the little pieces that make everything work. 🔥 A little TIG work in the shop today—welding up a MAF (mass airflow) housing with an air straightener for a Volkswagen intake setup. Custom fabrication doesn’t always mean a massive build. Sometimes you just need a specific piece, made right, to make the rest of your setup work the way it should. Need something you can’t just pull off a shelf? That’s kinda our thing. 💪 #WitsEndFabrication #CustomFabrication #TIGWelding #VWPerformance #CustomIntake by @witsendfab247

We had the opportunity to get our hands on this 2015 Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 and do what we do best—make some shit from scratch. The owner wanted to ditch the factory rear bumper cover, which was trapping a ton of heat from the twin turbos, but still needed a solution that would keep the car legal on the street. So Kenny designed and built a completely custom rear bumper with a honeycomb layout—keeping the rear open around the turbo setup while still giving the car the protection it needed and a finished look that fit the build. While it was here, we also built a custom stainless exhaust setup from scratch, working within an incredibly tight space to get everything routed, fitted, and TIG welded exactly where it needed to be. Function first, but there’s no reason it can’t look damn good too. And as cool as it looks now… we’re not done with this one yet. 👀 There’s more coming from this Huracán! Stay tuned. #LamborghiniHuracan #HuracanLP610 #CustomFabrication #CustomExhaust #witsendfabrication by @witsendfab247

Its all in the details...from months of waiting for the production to complete, to finally bringing my vision to reality is surreal! Have to give a huge shoutout to my sponsor shops for this build and we still got more in the works for Smoke...stay tuned...😈😎 @witsendfab247 @fantasy_factory_performance A Buff and Beyond (Halethrope MD) 📸: @shotsbybrycev #grsupra #gazooracing #mkvfinaledition by @witsendfab247
Sometimes custom work isn’t about making it louder—it’s about making it work better. This ’08 Scion xB came in needing some changes to its existing exhaust setup. We removed the damaged heat shielding, added new shielding where needed, and reworked the rear section with a different muffler setup to bring the volume down. A little cutting, fitting and TIG work later, everything was tucked back into place with a clean, functional finish. Custom doesn’t always mean starting from scratch. Sometimes it means taking what’s already there and making it work better for the owner. by @witsendfab247
