I’m a horse vet in Montana and a Jack of all trades. Except baking… I couldn’t bake a loaf of bread to save my life.

I’m always amazed by what I get stuck in my head when I’m concentrating on not killing myself 😂 #dirtbikes #dirtbikelife #soloride by @witzeldvm

To be honest, I don’t think it’s a very healthy relationship. Every time I think things are going well it pulls a fast one and bucks me off. I’m a sucker for it though! I can’t say no, I just keep coming back for more! #dirtbikes #dirtbikelife #dirtbikefails #unhealthyrelationships #husqvarna by @witzeldvm

How many of you could tell that you picked the right hobby because you had a blast doing it despite how horrible you are at it and how often you get hurt? That’s me. Welcome to the clown show! 🤡#dirtbikes #dirtbikelife #dirtbikefails #gettingold #ouch by @witzeldvm

I mean… he DID tell me I was ready to start building some strength back. So long as my suspension is dialed this still counts as ‘low impact training,’ right?? #dirtbikes #badpatient #dirtbikelife #aclrecovery #dontjudge by @witzeldvm

Single Track Sunday! What a beautiful day for a ride, and man it feels great to be able to really ride again! 6 weeks post op ACL surgery and I’m supposed to be taking it easy still so I’m refraining from anything too crazy! #dirtbikes #adrenaline #aclrecovery #singletrack #husqvarnamotorcycles by @witzeldvm

I’m the guy that is constantly looking at onX maps while riding trails. I also started using a drone that will follow me and if my phone is on I can check on it periodically to be sure it’s still following. I’ve tried putting a pocket on my backpack strap and I’ve used the pocket in some of my riding pants (although most pants don’t have pockets). I’ve been looking at options to mount the phone on my handlebar so I don’t have to stop to check it. There’s lots of really great options out there but the good ones cost a bit once you buy their phone case, vibration mitigator, and mount. I even tried the RSI handlebar cushion mount but it’s way too big and bulky to fit on a regular dirt bike. Then I thought of trying an armband style mount for joggers! It’s cheap and so far it works great! I don’t have to worry about vibrations damaging my phone because it’s literally mounted to a foam pad this way! #dirtbikes #hack #dirtbikelife #phonemount #notsponsored https://a.co/d/01pzs46p by @witzeldvm
