👩🏻‍🎓 We are delighted to introduce Karimaxon Shamsiddinova (Xabibullaxo’ja), a WIUT graduate from the Commercial Law who has turned her passion for law into a professional career.

Reflecting on her time at WIUT, Karimaxon highlights how active participation, hard work and genuine interest in her field helped shape her journey. From leading the Book Club and serving as Head of Academic Affairs at the WIUT Law Society to competing in the prestigious Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C., she made the most of every opportunity university life offered.

Today, Karimaxon works as an in-house lawyer at RTMC, a government-owned company, where she drafts and reviews agreements, memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements and regulatory documents. She credits WIUT with helping her develop essential skills in legal writing, research and mooting.

Karimaxon’s journey reflects the importance of perseverance, collaboration and exploring opportunities beyond the classroom. Her advice to current students is simple: get involved, follow your interests and value the experience itself, not just the recognition that comes with it. by @wiutuni
