POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hey y'all, meet my boy Tunnel Night. He's the wise ancient hermit that lives in the very far away, nigh unreachable place that the citizens of this world visit when they don't know where else to get their answers. He didn't guide my villagers (Pip, Kit, and Sniggle. If you forgot who they are, they're in some previous posts), but he DOES guide my main character for this story, whom you'll meet the next time I post.

Considering I don't remember having any particular trouble on this one, I'm assuming past me wasn't too terribly troubled by it (well, other than a vague memory of maybe the gal on the right's arms making me struggle a little). Anyway, really happy with this! All of them really. by @wizard_of_arts

For this one I SUPER enjoyed playing with the foreshortening, definitely a ton of fun. And the hair turned out really satisfying in the end. Super happy with this one.

And finally, here's Kit, my rambunctious little adventurer. He's full of fun ideas, though he might not always think about how they'll affect others. The only thing I wonder about with his design is if his closed eye and mouth lines should be white 🤔

Meet Pip the Pitbull! She's my playful girl, very friendly, and part of the same project as Sniggle. Pip . . . did not used to have pants before. BUT. Once I had the vision of overalls I knew I found what I needed to complete her look!

Meet Sniggle, one of the characters I designed for a children's book idea I have. She's a hognose snake, very shy and quiet. I'll probably refine some details on her design later on (like making her nose more iconic). Will post that whenever that happens.

One more of the portraits I made (there's so many of them, buckle in guys. This will take a while). I really enjoyed rendering her hair in particular for some reason.

So my brother @amazinjason1 asked me to do a bunch of portraits for the graduating seniors of the volleyball team he manages sometime in like, Winter of 2024? Finished them in Spring of 2025. I'm finally gonna share them now lol. I'll post them over the next few days. Or weeks. Depends on if I remember to post them really.

To start off my newest sketchbook I drew Entrapta.
At first it was just a little bonding sesh with me and my baby cousin, but then it turned into me making myself feel better about how squished my current commissions are and how much editing I'm gonna need to do 😭.
Ugh, that's on my for not flipping the canvas during the sketch phase like I'm SUPPOSED to.
Anywho, this was fun, Entrapta's great, I love color pencils.

Really happy with this Entrapta sketch. I was thinking about how she's supposed to be 30 but I really didn't read that, so I tried thinking of different ways to make her look more mature. I didn't wanna change her much since I already really enjoy her canon design.
So, I made two major changes. I lowered the position of her pigtails and I gave her crow's feet/eye wrinkles. I think those changes help her look older, and the eye wrinkles also work cuz you can bet she probably stays up late for multiple nights working on her projects.
It might not be easy to tell but I also have her a bigger nose. I just thought it suited her more.
