I’ve spent the last few weeks travelling across the Caribbean — visiting new builds, checking in on current projects, and planning what’s next.

This is the first of a five-part series I’m calling “Wizard Abroad.” 🌴

In the midst of AI slop, here is a real video.

A real home. A real patio. A real install.

As real as the mosquito in your bedroom right now. 🦟 (hopefully not🫪)

Who cares who brought the idea 🏠?

Let them “win” and enjoy Sunday energy all week long. 🌴🥂

Every moment you ever created, do you remember the setting? I bet there weren't mosquitoes 🦟 or flies 🪰, because you'd remember.

At Wizard, we create spaces worth remembering. The way you like it.

Open the door. Embrace comfort.

Some homes make you want to stay just a little longer.

Fresh air.
Ocean views.
No mosquitoes.
No compromise.

That’s what thoughtful design delivers.

Enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing comfort.

The Caribbean cooled its homes for centuries before AC existed. 🌴

Some properties you tour. Some you never want to leave.

Control your space without compromising comfort, views, or functionality. 🚫

This is modern living.

This is what ‘invisible’ actually looks like. No bulky frames. No blocked views. clean architecture doing what it does.

Open air when you want it.
Protection when you need it.

That’s the difference.

No bugs. No glare. No walls. Just the breeze and the view.

Indoor-outdoor living, minus the mosquitoes. The screens do the quiet work.

Press a button and the patio becomes a room — or opens right back up to the water

Open-air when you want it, sealed off when you don’t. The screens disappear either way.

The best feature here is the one you barely notice: screens that vanish when they’re not needed.
