Super rare early 1970s VOX Power Booster. What a great pedal with its 2x9V battery contacts .Just a quick first impression with my friend Dimi‘s 59 Burst conversion with Vintage Wire PAFs by @wizzpickups and that 1967 Marshall model 1974 mini Bluesbreaker.Any one has one of these? Prototype done ✅ 1966 Carlsbro Fuzz Tone replica🚨Did the last fine tuning on the prototype of the super rare Carlsbro Fuzz Tone.Love the tonal „artifacts“🌞We’ve parts for ~5 replicas. Even the enclosures are 1:1 replicated by our neighbor!Start building the boards in 10 days. Steve draw the schematics after my original one and I built it to sound as close as possible without the issues* of my original one ( lack of output volume, more balanced transistors)Let me know what you think. STACKING the Haze67Fuzz II with LUXE64 boost‼️Vid1 &3 are the Haze67Fuzz first only before I add the LUXE64.Vid2 is HAZE67FUZZ + LUXE64 and Vid4 is the LUXE64 paired with that lovely IBANEZ PT-1000.I’m using @movesomeair ’s 1956-59 Burst conversion with @wizzpickups VINTAGE WIRE PAFs.Amp is totally CLEAN, no saturation ‼️ It’s that $15 Cimar 2x8“ tall combo😉The LUXE64 works as kinda „enhancer“/preamp AND boost, adding more headroom and frequencies that make any amp sound „more alive“.If you crank these pedals, they can be a wonderful overdrive that sounds more like a tube amp in a box than „just“ a pedal.
