@skatesmakelijk @denachtvanstrijps was great fun with just the right amount of chaos sprinkled in! I focused on playing classic house tunes with a bit of a disco twist. Loved the b2b action with my man @arnoldus___k .. no content because it was just too hot for film 😬 by @wlancee

Opening set for Symbiose III @club.symbiose

Playing my favorite tracks for a lovely group of people was such a blast! A challenging rainstorm in the middle of my set added some unexpected stress, which is part of the game. All in all a great experience, can’t wait to see what is next!

Another one that went down way quicker than expected. Luckily the film for the first try after working the moves.

WOUTER LANCEE

Rooted in a lifelong search for connection between body and mind, @wlancee brings a sound that is both physical and emotional. As someone who grew up spending a lot of time in his head, music—and later dance—became a way to return to the body. His sets are shaped by that journey: deep, soulful, and resonant, inviting listeners to lose themselves and perhaps come back changed.

Influenced by (deep) house, electro, and hypnotic techno, Wouter’s musical identity is grounded in deep basslines, fluid rhythms, and a growing fascination with percussive grooves that move beyond the standard beat. His sets often begin with dreamy, melancholic tones and slowly build toward momentum—never boxed into one genre, but guided by feeling, intuition, and a touch of surprise. It’s not about playing the hottest tracks; it’s about creating emotional arcs that move both mind and body.

For Wouter, DJing is a form of dialogue—a shared space between performer and dancefloor. He sees each set as a personal offering, drawing from life experience, musical memory, and raw emotion. His goal is simple but profound: to move people. To offer them a moment of connection, a new rhythm to dance to, or maybe even an experience that reveals something about themselves.

His upcoming set at Club Symbiose marks his club debut in his hometown of Eindhoven—a city that’s been waiting for a venue like this. More than just a club, Symbiose is a growing ecosystem of expression and experimentation, where music, art, and design come together to form something truly unique. Wouter is proud to be part of this evolving scene and excited to add his voice to its conversation. taken in Symbiose by @wlancee
