Ed German is more than just our beloved East End jazz radio DJ, he recently acted as one in a movie shot and set right here on the South Fork! Ed portrays "Ned Wendesday" in the new film "Not Dead Yet" from father-son directing team Nick Weber and Eric Weber.

After being forced out of his New York City agency by a youth-obsessed culture, veteran ad man Elliot Kelman (Richard Kind) refuses to fade into irrelevance. Retreating to the Hamptons with his wife, he teams up with a group of rebellious seniors—including Academy Award nominee Paul Raci, Tovah Feldshuh and many local familiar faces—to launch a business by seniors, for seniors. At the same time, he keeps his creative juices flowing by developing an unlikely ad campaign that proves experience, ingenuity, and bold new ideas never go out of style. NOT DEAD YET is an uplifting story that shows it is never too late to rewrite your story and start your next act.
