The Maserati Merak SS (Sprint Spinto) looks savage from just every angle🤍🩶📸.

I’m dying to see how the photos turn out once developed! In the meantime, here’s a short video for you!🎞️🎬

Introduced at the 1975 Geneva Motor Show and produced until 1983, it served as a more affordable, V6-powered alternative to its V8 big brother, the Maserati Bora.

Its iconic wedge-shaped silhouette was penned by legendary designer Giorgetto Giugiaro at Italdesign.

Technical Specifications & Performance:
- Engine: Mid-mounted, naturally aspirated 3.0L V6 (2,965 cc) equipped with three twin-choke Weber 44 DCNF carburetors.
- Power Output: 220 hp @ 6,500 rpm (a 30 hp increase over the standard model).
- Torque: 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) @ 4,500 rpm.
- Curb Weight: Approx 1,350 kg (2,976 lbs), shedding about 50 kg (110 lbs) compared to the base version.
- Transmission: 5-speed manual transaxle.
- 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph): 6.9s.
- Top Speed: 245–250 km/h (152–155 mph).

The difference between what a photographer *seems* to see... and what they *actually* see 😉🔥

Still life. Nothing moves but the smoke.
I am forty, or near enough, which is to say halfway through my life. The palo santo burns on the table the way the years have burned — slowly, and without resistance.
Memento Mori...remember that you are mortal. Let this be the mantra that guides you on the next half of the journey.

Love those moments, when the world around me just slows down, and I’m allowed to slow down together with it.

It’s especially special when I’m watching the sunset with partial solar eclipse, a testiment to the clockwork of the solar system, formulated by a Nicolaus Copernicus (Mikołaj Kopernik) famous Polish astronomer and mathematician born in Toruń in 1473. He discovered and formulated the heliocentric model, placing the Sun rather than the Earth at the center of the solar system.

Nicolaus Copernicus’s landmark book, De revolutionibus orbium coelestium, was published in early 1543. He died shortly after on May 24, 1543, at the age of 70.

It’s amazing that even with 55mm medium format lens (43mm in full format) & combined with 100MP medium format digital back I can capture such a vast amount of detail and crop without issues.
