A day in the life of @kimwildborne #ceo of West Midlands Circus Centre and @rogueplayuk
Always working hard behind the scenes.
“When I’m not visible you can be sure I am either beavering away in the background or taking a well earned rest.
Burn out is a thing, and many founders struggle with it. When you are in charge you are holding a lot- which is not always as easy as it can look.”

How many climbs can you spot?? 🙈🪜

We have so many points @wmcircuscentre with all sorts of kit in a gorgeous listed building. Did you know you can hire it too?

Thanks @kimwildborne for the afternoon’s rigging and keeping us all safe.
