Plans: Consulting in DC!

Advice: Embrace every part of this activity — the teamwork, the theory ideas, and even the time spent adjusting colors on charts. You can learn a lot about yourself and grow more than you think when you keep your mind open and challenge yourself every day. But most importantly, make as many friends as you can. Not just on your team and in your program, but with competitors from all over by @wmmocktrial

Favorite Mock Memory: Meeting my best friend olivia marshall and getting to be attorney-witness pair for our last season together (green team forever)! rip to our iconic co-captain ship that never happened

Favorite Mock Case: State v BF De La Porta/Poe Cameron (hot take, I know)

Plans: I will be moving home to Charlotte, NC and taking a couple years off to work and study before going to law/grad school! I also hope to complete a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Peru!

Advice: don’t take yourself so seriously, this is supposed to be fun!

This past weekend, Team Too Hot To Handle 🔥competed at ORCS in Washington D.C.🌸! From scrimmage practices to caffeine-induced mania ☕️ and last-minute demo fixes, THTH had an amazing time competing amongst such wonderful mock trial teams 🤗 (shoutout to @dickinsoncollegemock, @fordhamrhmock, @rutgersmocktrial, and @georgetownmocktrial!). Team highlights include playing with Oshi 🐶, being hosted at Charlie’s family home 🏠⛳️, and of course, watching Taylor’s impressive calculus-derived Hartley equation 🟰!
