Till alla som ska tävla, döma, hjälpa till eller komma och heja, det här är avsnittet för dig!

Coach Erixon och Mr. Brenner intervjuar Roger Gillros inför WODLA Gothenburg Throwdown 2026 kommande helg. Vi bryter ner workouts, tankarna bakom dem och hur tävlingsdagarna kommer att se ut.

Är alla övningar verkligen självklara, eller finns det fortfarande några unknowns?
Det kommer även ny information fram som inte finns med i workout descriptions. Detta vill ni verkligen inte missa!
Vi pratar om samspelet mellan atlet och domare, vad som krävs för att tävlingen ska flyta på och vad publiken kan förvänta sig på plats och Roger berättar även om WODLAs framtida tävlingar och hur du kan engagera dig.
