Do I sound like a crow? Nope.
Does it stop me from giving it a try? Also nope.
💜One of the unexpected joys in this attempt to forge some sort of friendship with these fellows has been learning to get over myself.

This particular crow I’ve nicknamed Savvy and I recently noticed there’s a few feathers notched out of their neck. They’ve been through something so I think of them as resilient. Savvy is my most frequent visitor and this is the first time I’ve been allowed to stay a few feet away. 😊 by @woldwandering

Slowly building trust?
(Or they’ve got me trained 😆)

They usually come to the front but this fellow was loudly requesting service from this tree. by @woldwandering

Perspective and timing - from this angle the light transforms an ephemeral death trap to art. From the other side of the shrub you can’t even see it. The sun is moving quickly this morning (unlike me) and will not illuminate this for very long.
I’m grateful to have been here to see it and share it here.
May your day be blessed with perspective and light. by @woldwandering

Unofficial @thewoldfolk Moot 2026 was amazing! First one we have done and it was a thriving success thanks to the event organizer @wold_wanderer and all 30 players who showed up. local players and even players on different ends of the U.S. showed up showing dedication and love for the faction. Already excited for next year.

thanks to @woldwandering and many others for taking the opportunities to capture so many fun moments in photos and videos. taken in Nantahala National Forest by @woldwandering

It was cold and rainy so I almost missed these gems…glad I pushed and went out.
My captures are a little clunky
