Actor. Life enthusiast. Trying to give back more than I've received in this life.

Nothing like getting reamed by @imkaylawallace and Billy Bob Thornton for hours on end (in character). Very grateful @landmanpplus let me play in their sandbox. by @woleparks

Finally made it to Sequoia National Park. Gorgeous and off the grid. The pictures don't do it justice. They've got the largest tree in the world (by volume). @sequoiakingsnps #nature taken in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks by @woleparks

It’s always good to reunite with a good friend as I was honored to speak with our beloved #JohnHenryIrons/#Steel himself, @WoleParks, for @ScreenRant, as he broke down returning for the final season of #SupermanAndLois and that emotional series finale + we geek A LOT about #DC together as Wolé also looks at what is next, John’s legacy, and more!

The question I got most was when are they gonna introduce the full Steel suit. I'd always say that it's coming. Unfortunately, due to the budget cuts we never got to do it but here's an early fitting as proof. @cwsupermanandlois by @woleparks

@bitsietulloch is a lot of things: an AMAZING actress, has a great smile, but she also can't help but laugh when my character "lands" on set 😂🤣. Oh, and props to @mrgiuntoli for directing a stellar episode! #bts @cwsupermanandlois by @woleparks

With how unstable the entertainment business is right now, I don't take for granted the opportunity I had to work on this show. It drops October 17th and I hope people like it. by @woleparks

Four years ago I started working with these wonderful people. I had no idea they'd become my family. So grateful to have gotten to go on this ride with them! @cwsupermanandlois by @woleparks

Got done with my third #aidslifecycle! This one was more taxing mentally than physically, but I still managed to ride all 545 miles. I couldn't be more proud of my co-captain @blakeburdette or our team @trudgingbuddies. We raised over $450k this year! by @woleparks

So glad I can finally announce this. Did Julian commit murder? AM I THE KILLER??? Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until 2025 but it'll be worth it. #lincolnlawyer @deadline @netflix by @woleparks

Realized I never posted these pics from @toughmudder in December. That first shot is a vat of ice water, hence me looking pissed/scared/confused. Def harder at 41 than when I started in my twenties. #TBT #SoCal #toughmudder taken in Lake Elsinore, California by @woleparks
