Where is death in this living body ?
Let me share a soft whisper
As each day passes
I wonder when my wholeness will
Bloom

It hides in my heart
As a lotus
With delicate petals
Built to love
Everything Enraptured

The infinite duality of cycles
A Life/death/life
Ouroboros
Exist in this body
As the dance of breath

Let this lotus bloom and decay
Embracing all
Grateful beginnings
And bitter ends
Infinitely

With a kiss of a petal
Salt in my eyes
And the drum of your heart

Everything is changing
I’m rearranging
All of the everything from within
Ever So without

A break in the time
To converge with all
The many essences
Where stillness meets

Center of the hurricane
Bottom of the ocean’s black
The center of the cavern
Where the heartwood begins

Answer the call
Meet me here
May all flow
Endlessly

These times I am haunted
By a hundred ghosts
Of names, of places, of beliefs
Whispering in Silence speak

Calling me away from the present
Summoning me in the past
Their cry’s are defining
Only I can here

The ones I loved
The places I treasured
The beliefs I built

Fading out
The path not taken
Memories undying
I break their cord
Which binded me down

Ropes are singed
Breaking their power
Freedom awaits
In the present
