My first pair of sticks ever was ProMark.
To this day, nothing feels better in my hands.
They’re the perfect interface between me and the drums...and they’re integral to the work I do.

Huge thanks to everyone at @promarkbydaddario for the continuous support!
🥁🙏

And shoutout to @marsandsham for these killer shots!

New Home, Who Dis?
🌴🏡🌴

For those who don’t know, I’m now based in Los Angeles.

I still have my place in NYC, and I still record in NYC regularly…so I’m still bicoastal, but I’ve flipped coasts;
LA is my primary residence.

Pertaining To Los Angeles…
@bluntedboss and I recently moved to a beautiful house in West Hollywood.
I’ve lived in apartments my whole adult life, so this is a welcome change.
For the first time since I was a kid, I can play drums at home!

This is my home practice kit 🥁

Shoutout to @ludwigdrumshq @zildjancompany @evansdrumheads @promarksticks @flowsonic_artisanal @goodhandsdrumshop & @prodrumhollywood 🙏 taken in Los Angeles, California by @wolf_drums

Happy Birthday to this kid.

Grateful for another year of life…

When this pic was taken, the Vietnam War was still raging.

Despite all the technological advances that have occurred since then, humanity’s collective consciousness is still stuck in a distorted, primitive state.

My Birthday wish is the same one it’s been for as far back as I can remember:
