There’s a new kid on the block, Communa, bringing together food, drink, wellness, music and all round good times under one roof.

Landing in Bath this year is @adzmusicuk , bringing his garage & tech house infused sound to the dance floors of Bath and beyond.

Having already done sets for multiple events across local venues including Bath Brewhouse and Second Bridge, he’s definitely one to watch over the next few years.

Lock-In is a communal listening experience, free of interruptions. Settle in to enjoy two albums played in full, on vinyl.

The albums will be announced after you’ve had a chance to share your ideas. Expect classics from across electronic music and beyond, chosen for their immersive sound and exceptional production. Join the discussion and tell us what you’d like to hear.

We’ve collaborated with Bath’s Wolf Wine, who’ve chosen a few wines for us to enjoy as you settle into the music.

The first event takes place at Roseberry Road Studios on Thursday 15 October. Arrive from 7:30pm; listening runs 8:30–10:30pm.

Entry is free, but you must reserve your place in advance via our website (link in bio). This helps us arrange the seating and position the speakers to suit the size of the audience. Seating will be provided, but feel free to bring your favourite portable chair and make yourself at home.

WR001 - STEWSO - 15/9/26

Kicking the DJ showcase series off is STEWSO, bringing his acid and minimal influenced sound alongside his technical mixing skills to @wolf_wine ‘s warehouse yesterday afternoon.

Taking us on a journey with his track selection across both digital and vinyl formats, he showed off the depth of his USB and record bag across many of the weirder and wonderful house sub-genres.

Really excited to launch @walcotrecordings this week, a new platform that supports all manners of emerging artists in Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Our new DJ showcase has been in the works for just about a year now and will be hosted by the wonderful @wolf_wine on Walcot Street, where we’ll be displaying some of the best local emerging talent every week.

🇷🇴On Thursday 27th August, we're teaming up with our friend @guruchefuk at the wonderful @communafrome for one night of proper Transylvanian cooking, paired with Romanian wine you've probably never tried before!

Guru Chef is heading back to his roots, bringing comforting, flavour-packed dishes from the Carpathian region. Including mici (mitch) Romania's answer to the barbecue sausage. Garlic, spice, beef, pork & lamb, straight onto the grill. Bosh!
(*Veg options available.)

Alongside, we'll be pouring a selection of small production Romanian wines, showing just how much this seriously underrated wine country has going on. All within the beautiful terrace at Communa in the heart of Frome.
