Yeesh this ain't easy.

We have come to the hard conclusion to let go of Wolf & Bear’s. At least for now.

W&B’s was started in 2009 by a Wolf & a Bear, their love for each other, & their love for cooking for others. It was the BEST gig at the time; cook for Portland spring thru fall & go travel in the rainy months. We had found the dream job!

A lot has changed since those days… Wolf is now a practicing social worker; Bear is pursuing a PhD in molecular microbiology & is dad to a lil cub. Cooking is part of what makes us who we are but we might reserve it for our homes & friends for a while.

Over 12 years we have employed tens, if not hundreds of incredibly rad individuals, & have served hundreds of thousands of (mostly) happy customers. We enjoyed meeting & working with every single one of you.

We have always considered ourselves part of what makes Portland special. We hope you remember us as such.
We love you Portland. Thank you.

We are still not entirely sure what the future holds but we wanted to let you know that today & tomorrow at SE will probably be our last for a while at least. NOPO is CLOSED.

Wolf will be cooking both days & would love to see and celebrate with all who can come by to say goodbye! 12-5pm!

After nearly a year closed our NOPO cart is back open 11-4 Wednesday-Sunday.

It’s been so nice to be back and to see your lovely faces!

Beginning Thursday 8/27 NOPO is open 11-4 Thursday-Monday. Come say hello! ❤️

SE open 11-8 Wednesday-Monday Wolf and Bears is open at North Portland location 11-8 thursday through Sunday. Wolf and bear’s is open at South east location 11-8 Wednesday through Monday by @wolfandbears

Closed at both locations today & Monday due to heat concerns.

It’s usually 5-10 degrees hotter inside the carts even with air conditioning. That’s just too hot for us Oregonians!

Stay cool & hydrated PDX!

See you back at SE Wednesday 11-8 and NOPO Friday 11-4.
