Took a trip down to Orange County and was seriously impressed with the coffee shops I found.

One of my favorites was Nook Coffee in Costa Mesa.

Tucked away in a little garden setting with concrete benches, lush landscaping, and an artsy barrel water fountain that makes the whole place feel like a hidden courtyard.

And the cappuccino? 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great coffee in a space that actually makes you want to hang around for a while.

I saw this video from @kevion and something in me immediately said: you need to be in that room.

So I booked the room, got in the car and went.

No master plan. No guarantee I’d come home with a deal, a lead, or some secret formula.

I just knew I needed to invest in myself.

What stuck with me most wasn’t necessarily about selling real estate. It was about getting clear on what you actually want your life and business to look like and then building your days around becoming that person.

One question especially stayed with me:

If you could have your business any way you wanted it, what would it look like?

That hit.

I’m still building mine. Still figuring it out. Still a long way from where I want to be.

But I believe in what I’m building.

I believe Wolfman Realty can become something big. Something that feels like me. Architecture, homes, coffee, food, music, people, community. All of it under one roof instead of trying to fit myself into somebody else’s version of what a Realtor is supposed to look like.

And sometimes investing in yourself looks like getting in the car, driving a few hundred miles, sitting in a room where people are thinking bigger than you currently are, eating some good food, finding some good coffee, and coming home seeing things a little differently.

The biggest reminder?

You’re one away.

One conversation.
One relationship.
One idea.
One opportunity.
One decision to get in the car.

I don’t know exactly where all of this ends up.
