Ratings Update October 2026.

At this pace, @jacob_campbell12 is projected to be 1084 rated at the end of the school year, and 1508 rated by the end of 2027. If this happens, he will be the highest rated player of all time by a margin of over 400 points. We believe he can do it.

Rolling ‘Neers Open 2026 | Tournament Recap

@appstate.discgolf’s tournament took place this weekend at the beautiful Rolling Pines DGC. Despite the wet and muddy conditions, we enjoyed the change of scenery and the opportunity to come play this event. It’s always a blast.

In MC1, our A and B teams tied with each other and secured podium finishes, with Paul Seidel shooting an incredibly hot -13 (1034) in singles to lead the field. @aerdin_dg had a podium finish as well with a -10 (1002) round.

In MC3, D Team finished first in a close battle against our own C team on Sunday. In singles, @max_barham8 led the way with a -10 (977) round, with the remainder of the top five being all NC State players as well (with @xannydo567 and @loganonnarollacoasta rounding out the podium).

This is our last event for a while, but we’ve got a lot to look forward to coming up. The Maple Hill Regional and EMU Fall Royals Classic take place in early November, with UNCC’s conference event and the first ever Carolina Collegiate Championship Regional falling soon after. We’ll be ready 🐺🥏

Thanks to @coopthescoop_dg for providing housing and taking photos for us this weekend!

The 2026 Tar Heel Collegiate Classic took place last weekend. Here’s what happened!

In MC1, our A Team was able to secure the win with a total score of -29, beating the field by three strokes. In singles Paul Seidel led NC State with a -7 1017 podium finish.

In MC2, underdog E Team rallied in the final round to finish second place in the division. C & D both finished top 5, as well. In singles, Zach Laciano led NC State with a -5 964 podium finish.

Big thanks to @uncdiscgolf for hosting this event, we all had a great time. Next weekend, we’ll be at Rolling Pines in Wilkesboro, NC for App State’s annual tournament. We’ve brought home two trophies from two event, let’s make it 3/3 🐺🥏
