Delighted to share the pages alongside some motivated, dedicated, passionate women!
Thank you @womenshealthuk Magazine and @bridiewilkins 🙏🏽♥️🧿 for sharing my story and opening up the space for me.

It’s taken me years to explore, practice, and start teaching movement, and now that I am here… I am excited to see where I can take it with the best of my abilities and continue to grow with it! 🕊️🐺🤍✨🧿

Train Your Body…Connect Your Mind….Stay Present 🎁🕦🧠🫁💪🏽

I used to be underweight and hit the gym, when i heard a lot of noise & laughter around being skinny and going to the gym. But I knew what was it like to be weak & fragile. So I kept going on & off.

Workout changed me to be strong inside out, be disciplined and keep working humbly on my imperfections. Most importantly that it’s a life long process!

With muscle mass….You snooze, you loose!
So keep trying until it sticks! It can be 2 days, 2 months, 2 years or 20 years of break in a life of 60-70 years!
Glass half full eh..?!?!?!?!?! 😆
But seriously…. Keep at it!!!🙌🏽🧿

Hello… here is a little bit of where Pilates originated!
I have felt so deeply connected with this form of movement and it gets me excited to talk about it!

So hit me up in the comments or DMs if you have any curiosity about Pilates! My teachers always said there is no such thing as a silly question!

And I shall keep posting more but do feel free to give suggestions about anything that you would like to know!

My knowledge reserve and certification comes from @bodycontrolpilates, UK where I spent over a year learning and still keep learning after moving countries :)

Enjoy the shy little me in-front of the camera, trying to keep it together😆🥰
