Just found this pic of my first day on set of my first filmmaking experience many years ago —here with the great Steve Fierberg, Director of Photography,as we’re shooting five short films for all three networks about sexual harassment. These films made in the 80s are still being used by corporations and law firms to deal with this important issue. @stevenfierberg @sexualharrassmentawareness by @wolkandy

Windows on the World July 2001. 7 weeks before 911. We will never forget the wonderful people we met there who made my mother‘s 80th birthday such a special occasion! Special shout out to our great friend chef Michael Lomonaco, who set the tone there as we remember so many people who lost their lives on this tragic event. @cheflomonaco @windowsontheworld_wow_1992 @susannawolk @hannahzackson @ariana.nadel @risa_breckman @peter.wolk taken in New York, N.Y. by @wolkandy

Happy Mother’s Day to all moms out there, and thinking, especially of my mother — gone, but not forgotten — who would appreciate the fact that this Mother’s Day fell on the first preview of the Production I directed of Antigone because her love of theater is what she inspired me with all those years ago and it’s been handed down to my daughter Susanna, who has become a director herself. I know she would have loved it, and especially collected the Playbill togo in her collection which she bequeathed to me and which you can find at the Edith Wolk Playbill Collection at the University of Florida library — a fitting tribute. by @wolkandy
