Te Araroa takes you 3000 kilometres from Cape Reinga to Bluff, along the length of Aotearoa New Zealand.

In the summer of 2022, Jacob Paterson walked the South Island leg - 1400km in 60 days and drew a drawing each day.

These are some of those drawings.

In an age where we capture the same moment from slightly different angles with a tap of a button, Jacob’s artwork reminds us about the art of slowing down. Really noticing a moment & feeling grateful for it.

The ‘pop-up’ show mentality has become synonymous with @joyanonymous 😮‍💨 after they started hosting spontaneous outdoor dance parties around the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s something the boys have stuck to, even as they’ve grown in popularity 🕺🏼✨

“The pop-up shows have a different energy, people get to be really close to you, you’re connected and can chat and look into their eyes,” said Lou. “It’s not for the money, it’s purely for the love of the game we do this, and people see that and respond to that.”
